RECORD LABEL
& STUDIO
xJAH is an independent record label and software studio, run by one person. It writes and records its own music, builds its own tools, and sells the recordings directly from this site as digital downloads. There is no label above it and no middleman.

what a purchase actually is
A visitor listens to a record on the site for nothing. If they want to keep it, they choose an amount, pay, and are given the files. That is the whole transaction — one payment, one download, no account created and no recurring charge set up.
- Pick a track or a full release, and choose wav or mp3.
- Choose what to pay from the amounts offered. Every amount buys the same files and the same license — paying more supports the next record, it does not unlock anything.
- Pay through Polar. xJAH never sees a card number.
- The download appears immediately, and the receipt links back to it so it can be fetched again later.
Buying a download buys a personal license to keep and listen to the recording — not the copyright, and not the right to release it onward. The full position is in the terms.
the software
Alongside the records, the studio builds the tools that made them and publishes some of them under xuite. Those are shown as work, not sold here — the only thing this site takes payment for is a download of its own music.
who runs it
One person writes the music, records it, builds the site, and answers the email. That is deliberate rather than temporary: it is why every record is sold direct, why there are no accounts to create, and why a question about using a track in something you are making gets a real answer instead of a form.
The contact form reaches the operator directly.
What the site records about a visit is set out in the privacy policy: no accounts, no cookies for visitors, and no third-party advertising or analytics products.
